Extract from general terms and conditions
I. The purpose of the group loyalty program is to enable members to accumulate € entitling them to reimbursements.
II. Membership of the Program is free and open to all natural persons of legal age. It is only possible to join the program at www.contact-voyages.com. A valid email address is required. The euros earned during the group trip will be credited to a temporary account. Customers can then finalize the creation of their account online.
III. This account is intended for customers who organize group trips (a group being made up of at least 8 paying participants), for professional or leisure reasons, whether or not they are tourism professionals, and who make at least 1 group trip per year to one of the Contact Hotels hotels listed on the www.contact-voyages.com website. The member’s account will be credited with euros on January 31st of the following year, at the rate of €1 per €80 of sales including VAT, for all groups invoiced and paid in full during the year (amount rounded down to the nearest €), excluding tourist tax, special operations (promotions, flash offers, negotiated prices, etc.) and/or commission. This credit remains available in the 1-year account.
IV. Euros are valid for reservations made on www.contact-hotel.com or www.contact-voyages.com. Euros are NOT valid for direct hotel reservations, e-distributors, Tour Operators, travel agencies, distribution channels, promotional rates… The euros are valid with “soirée étape” rates, BB rates (room + breakfast) and Contact Hôtels gift cards.
V. Contact Hotel Services undertakes not to disclose to any third party any information whatsoever about Members participating in the Program.
